Nevada allows adults 21 and older to possess, purchase, and consume marijuana, but strictly prohibits smoking it in public or while driving.

- 01.Adults 21+ can legally purchase and possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis flower or 1/4 ounce of cannabis concentrate.
- 02.You can only consume cannabis on private property (like inside a home). You cannot smoke it in casinos, hotels, parks, or on the street.
- 03.You can only grow your own plants if you live more than 25 miles from a licensed state dispensary (max 6 plants per person, 12 per household).
