David's Law (SB 179)

Summary

Named after David Molak, this law classifies cyberbullying as a misdemeanor and allows schools to investigate and intervene in cyberbullying incidents that occur off-campus if they affect the school environment.

    Right to seek an injunction or temporary restraining order against a cyberbully.
