Rights & Rules
- 01.You can take 12 weeks to bond with a new child (biological, adopted, or foster).
- 02.You can take 12 weeks to care for a family member with a serious health condition.
- 03.You can take 12 weeks for your own serious health condition.
- 04.You can take 2 weeks of prenatal leave.
- 05.The maximum total leave you can take in a 52-week period is capped at 12 weeks, funded by an employer payroll tax.
Penalties
