Summary
Requires all employers with 5 or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training to all staff.
Rights & Rules
- 01.Supervisors must receive 2 hours of training every two years.
- 02.Non-supervisory employees must receive 1 hour of training every two years.
- 03.Training must be provided within six months of hire.
